Cancellation and Refund Policy

The cancellation and refund policy are specific to each booking and may vary depending on the type of service reserved. The applicable policy will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Any cancellation, whether partial or full, must be submitted in writing by the individual who made the booking. The cancellation will take effect from the date we receive the written request. Cancellation charges may apply based on incurred costs and will be determined according to the terms provided at the time of booking.

In most cases, cancellation fees are dictated by the policies of the service provider, such as a hotel in the case of accommodation bookings. If we are able to recover any costs from our suppliers, we will refund the applicable amount to you, subject to a reasonable administrative fee.

Cancellation penalties are in addition to any non-refundable components of the booking that were arranged on your behalf and communicated to you at the time of booking.

Agents or third-party entities acting on our behalf do not have the authority to modify or alter the contract or its terms unless expressly authorized by you.

Amendments

It may be necessary for us to make adjustments to advertised products and services, and we reserve the right to do so. In rare cases, modifications to your travel plans may be required after booking.

If the change is minor, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you in advance, but we are not obligated to do so, and no compensation will be provided. However, if the change is significant, e.g. a change of destination or accommodation etc., we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the revised arrangements.

The refund timeline, if applicable, will depend on the policies of the service provider, such as the hotel in the case of accommodation bookings. The maximum duration for processing a refund is 90 days.
