- Target corporate clients, industry associations, and large enterprises for meetings, conferences, and incentive programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers and travel agencies.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
Revenue & Performance Management:
- Achieve and exceed MICE revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies proactively.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the MICE sales team to deliver exceptional results.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Coordinate with hotel/resort management for availability and resource planning.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of MICE industry trends and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale events and complex client requirements.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Analytical mindset with ability to forecast and manage budgets.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in MICE sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Established network within corporate and event planning sectors.
